Whitestone Strategic Advisors, LLC may use technology tools, including AI-assisted tools, to support research, analysis, workflow improvement, drafting, data organization, process design, and efficiency in client and internal work.

AI-assisted tools are used to support, not replace, professional judgment. Outputs are reviewed with human oversight, context, and business judgment before being relied upon or shared as part of an engagement.

Confidential Information

We take confidentiality seriously. Confidential client information should only be shared after an engagement agreement is in place and through appropriate channels. When AI-assisted or third-party technology tools are used in connection with client work, we aim to handle information in a manner consistent with applicable agreements, confidentiality expectations, and reasonable data protection practices.

Accuracy and Human Review

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. No automated system can guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular business decision. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the client and appropriate qualified professionals.
